#Glycans probably have more "copies/cell" than #proteins and changes in #glycosylation could potentially be remarkable biomarkers for diseases as well as targets for therapeutics. Sharing our recent pre-print where we drill down further into the transcriptional regulation of Siglec ligands. Here we show that tissue specific regulatory networks dictate changes in sialoglycan patterns. Work led by Rebecca Garnham and postdoc Adam Duxfield.
