Benjamin Voisin is truly mesmerising, weaving a web of emotionless intrigue. An intoxicating watch!

Kirill Sokolov’s #TheyWillKillYouMovie is a blood-soaked banger with a horror pulse.

Zazie Beetz performs well amongst the blood, severed limbs, and satan worshipping. Brutal, violent, and extremely gory, this is a horror with a razor sharp edge and an equally sharp script.

After my second viewing, #HowToMakeAKilling is still a breezy slice of killer cinema.

Glen Powell leads a stellar ensemble cast through this tongue-in-cheek but safe knife twisting caper. It’s fun, quirky, and immersive, but lacks the killer edge to make it truly great.

Mascara captures the essence of being young at heart while rebelling against the prejudice of ageing. Compelling, intimate, and jarring, the film is a reflective piece of contemporary cinema.

Rod Blackhurst’s #Dolly is a visceral, twisted and eye-watering horror!

The film oozes a retro 60s horror vibe complete with the doll mask-wearing psycho. Although its creative choices are grating, it’s an edgy, unnerving, and uncomfortable watch with some deliciously fun gore!

John Patton Ford’s #HowToMakeAKilling is a fun and breezy slice of killer cinema.

As always, Glen Powell expertly leads the stellar ensemble cast through this compelling but safe knife twisting caper. Fun, quirky, and immersive, this rags to riches story has a killer pulse.
