Sounds like you had an awesome part of an adventure!
Modest airport with a grass landing strip located in the Bolivian Amazon. The sign on the building says Feliz Viaje which means Bon Voyage
One of my more interesting adventures was flying out of the Bolivian Amazon in a WWII Fokker prop #plane. It had ‘La Reina Beatrix’ printed on one side. The town had a ‘modest’ airport with a grass landing strip. We flew back up to La Paz and made it without any issues.
