We were wrong about being able to 'nudge' people to improve the world We thought we could address big social problems by steering individual behaviour. But "nudging" people doesn't work, say behavioural scientists Nick Chater and George Loewenstein

Finalky got my copy, the best book I read in 2025, and a forever favourite, if you like the happy tingling you brain does when it discovers an original concept, this book is for you. @qntm.org

Part of the stained glass piece being put together before soldering

Remember the poster inspired by stained glass?
Well, I decided to actually try making a mini version, in real glass. I haven't cut or solder glass in my entire life. Maybe starting with 32 pieces was a bad idea.

I forgot I could’ve just painted glass instead.

It’s awful. I love it.

Thank you so much, it is! And there is a whole study about it these days and lots of research about it, the latest big was if we should include dna or not out of safety, but if you are curious you should check interstellar foundation for example, their whole purpose is to answer those questions

My art is going to the moon! Feels a bit weird to be celebrating when the world feels on fire, but as many of you, as people that look up to the moon to find comfort, knowing thah a piece of me will be there, brings me joy today #sciart #moon #art

Honestly what do you mean that I have to present in the meeting after the Phd in astrophysics?! That was a very nice research on neutron stars and gravitational waves Mark, anyway, here you can see my drawing of a tardigrade wearing an astronaut helmet, it will be good for engagement #sciart

Poster of a glowing green and teal neuron with a central cell body, dendrites, and a myelinated axon. Surrounding glial cells and abstract neurotransmitter shapes appear in the background. A hexagon inset shows a synapse releasing neurotransmitters. Some background textures are inspired by Ramón y Cajal’s classic neuron drawings. At the bottom, text reads: “NEURON, The mysterious butterflies of the soul,” a quote by Ramón y Cajal.
