It’s really too bad Twitter got rid of 3rd party app API’s. It would’ve free to have an app that has feeds from both BlueSky and Twitter/X

Living Drugs for the Skin, and Beyond In the lab, Aimee Payne, Columbia’s new chair of dermatology, is transforming cells into living drugs for autoimmune diseases of the skin.

I’m encouraged by the so-far-so-good results of #CAR-T cells in human clinical trials for autoimmune diseases! Side note: If you’re interested in a clever twist of CAR-T, called “CAART,” that could reduce global immunosuppression, check out Dr. Aimee Payne’s work @columbiauniversity.bsky.social

Ferrari cars are often red. A red car is a Ferrari.

Wrong? Then why claim this without functional antigen-specif data:

Exhausted T cells often express PD-1. A T cell expressing PD-1 is exhausted.

It is similarly incorrect. PD'1 and other markers are also expressed on activated and memory T cells.
