This week's theme for #ShowMeYourKnits is cowls. Not something I frequently knit. However, here are 2 animal themed cowls I've made. Naughty reindeer and huskies. Both probably previously posted. Done as pattern tests, double knitted.

Ha! Found the name of the pattern for a vest I used for the body. It's called "Timber Run".

There was a pattern for a vest, I added the sleeves. Knitted this a few years ago and don't remember the name and author of pattern. Seem to remember something with Slalom, but could be wrong. Possibly found on ravelry. Sorry can't be more helpful.

If you want something new or novel in the sock line, you can also look up heel out socks. You start them at the heel and work your way out from there.

Not really. Provisional cast on is your friend for that. I don't usually do it for socks, but nearly always for sweaters. 🙃
