I combine Ai and Mj to produce a fluorescent for Hela cells. Their combination is great but it doesn't work with cells!?!

This one was transfected/electroporated early in development (E13), but you can still see the injection site in this hemisphere at P10.

L929 cells on a scaffold

These are L929 cells were seeded on a 3D printer scaffold.
The researcher didn't know how to see the cells due to the thickness of her scaffold. When I irradiated the UV light from upside her sample and she was able to see her cells, she was going to cry😊.
