Coleus canina, also commonly called the scaredy-cat plant
The skunk like scent gets released when you (or your pets) brush up against it.
The flowers are quite small (approximately 2-3cm)

My process was to download the JPEG image and edit in LR for iPad

After converting the image to B&W, I adjusted the temperature, tint, vibrance and saturation.

My intention was to make the image resemble ice (hence the blue tone
