#AprilAdventure In Thief of Death, the inciting incident happens before the book starts, when Wren takes a job to steal a necklace, then discovers the necklace is cursed with dark magic. Rather than handing it over, she runs to Fenholt with it, in the hopes of neutralizing the magic. #Wrencer

#AntagonistApril There are multiple villains in the series. In the start, the main villain is Magnus (his title) Elrik Var Krugan who hired Wren to steal the Necromancer's Yoke so he could use the artificact to defeat death and take over the world. 🧵
