Our #LemkeResearch Investigation has found @Shorter1886 College has the highest three-year default rate in the state at 47 percent in 2016 despite having programs to prevent #students from #defaulting on their #studentloans. High #defaults are just one part of the #ARDebtCrisis.

While African-Americans enrolled at U.S. institutions made up 13 percent of the U.S. student population in the fall of 2016, they took out the most #studentloans. #HBCUDebt #ARDebtCrisis
