My professor's actions made no sense to me. They still don't. She had nothing to lose by allowing me an extra absence I might never bank on. If I failed the class anyway, I'd fail. #CollegeStudents are supposed to be #Adults , an #AbsenteePolicy is offensive. Hold them accountable.

Before it came to that, I tried to appeal to #SalemStateUniversity, but they maintained her final say over my physical health and wellbeing.
