An acrostic poem written by LAW many years ago on Loneliness. LONELINESS Laughter fills the room, yet I’m alone. Onward, I seek the company of a consonant spirit, Never to be pierced by tormenting words or left in isolation. Emptiness fills my heart. Life’s swift passing creates a nebula of wants and desires. In the void, I’m desperate for the warmth of life’s light. Not one beam breaks through my solitude. Emancipate me from my prison. Sun, O’ Sun, please touch this soul. Soul, O’ Soul, sustain yet another day.
