#rheum dr told me that I am at the end of the road for effective treatment. Only suggestion was to increase narcs (NO) or increase steroids (PCP pneumonia) Feel dismissed, overwhelmed, let down. My joints suck and the pain is unending. #autoimmune #autoimmunewarrior #crohns #Adrenalininsufficiency
