Am 23. Januar 1941 fuhren Busse von der Anstalt Neuruppin nach Bernburg. In ihnen saßen 59 Patienten. Sie alle wurden am selben Tag in der Tötungsanstalt Bernburg ermordet.
Linda Verdier konnte 39 Lebensgeschichten rekonstruieren.
