Xiao has trained under Zhongli in the spiritual arts for millenia, but the act of perceiving the soul is not a skill that comes easily to him, even after centuries of practice and study. Still, he elects to give it a try. He rests his ungloved hand between the shoulders of the still body and closes his eyes, reaching once again for the elemental energy that swirls all around them. It responds to him like an old friend, showing itself in the form of a mild breeze that softly caresses his face. Bending to his subconscious will, the energy travels down his arm and allows him a glimpse into the man’s subconscious, impressions forming in his mind in response to his gentle prodding. Beneath his fingertips, somewhere deep in the man’s unmoving body, he feels a flicker of… something. It feels like a soul, but it’s so insubstantial, so faded, that he can’t say for sure. A tiny flicker in a sea of emptiness, it is unlike any soul Xiao has ever perceived. “What… is he?” He’s not human, that much has become apparent. If he was, he would most certainly be classified as a corpse, and would have no soul left to call his own. And yet, a fragment of one still lingers in him, clinging so tightly to his spirit that it is impossible to dislodge. Even if he were to try, Xiao isn’t sure he could banish it by any mortal means, not without physically destroying him. “He’s something artificial. A doll, perhaps, or a homunculus. It is difficult to say for certain,” Zhongli explains, raising a hand to his chin thoughtfully. “Still, he clearly has some kind of life in him. What exactly that means, I’m not sure, but it is a life nonetheless.” Life. A precious thing, a concept that has been drilled into Xiao’s head from the earliest days of his training. To leave behind a person in peril who still has a chance at life would be a sacrilege on their practice as masters of the spiritual arts, but could this being really be considered a person to begin with?

A letter sent by Alice to Albedo after heard he became Mondstadt representative to exchange culture in Fontaine and asking him to try her prototype 'film record glasses' to record Fontaine's city night views. She insist the film recording as her only 'souvenir' that she wants.
Panel 1 show the Fontaine's festival during night time with dazzling and sparkling light as Albedo impressed by Alice's invention; the glasses with built-in film recording and curious about the film quality. Panel 2 shows that Albedo's views blurry as he look down and his hand, he went to dark alley and leaned to the wall as saying his head hurts. Revealed that he is light sensitivity especially during night and reason why he didn't go out at night time (Panel 3). Panel 4 shows two men steps in the same dark alley approaching him while Albedo think it's time for him go back hotel and assumed (Panel 5) that 30 minutes of filming is enough as sample. He greeted by one of the man and turn out to be they are street robbers trying to rob him (Panel 6); demand him to not scream and surrender his belonging.
(Panel 1) Albedo tried to calm them down while hold both his hand in front of the robbers, saying he doesn't want to cause trouble. In next panel, he was about to reason why robbing and assaulting him is not good for them as another random guy walk behind the robbers and neither of robbers notice. The random guy reach out (Panel 3) one of the robber (Panel 4-5) and suddenly both of the robbers are flipped around and fly behind Albedo (Panel 6) as he explained that they're currently being filmed
First two panels showing both robbers each passing out on the floor and Albedo just speechless. 3rd panel the stranger who throw them away walk passing Albedo warning him to not walk alone at dark alley and (panel 4) order him to go home if he feels sick which Albedo look up to respond, "How did you know" (panel 5) only witness the man disappear into the thin air. Panel 6 zoomed into one of his eyes in shocked on what just happened while the glasses showing the glasses still 'on REC' and he has been recorded the entire incident.
