A little project to feel productive. This uses #LibertyFabric and finishes up quite nicely☕️.

It’s my first time using Liberty and I’m quite disappointed with how flimsy it is🫤👎. 5/5 for design, 1/5 for quality and I only give it that since it didn’t melt or rip.

Patchwork blocks in four different designs creating simple geometric patterns. Created via a method known as strip piecing where rectangles of different coloured fabric - bold, bright ones combined with an off-white in this instance - are sewn together, then subcut into smaller pieces, then resewn to create a variety of checkerboard, hashed and crossed patterns.
