Apricot Tree’s post reads: “Curious to know how many restaurants who have invested in #CLeanAir are still operating at a loss? I know of one that has invested and is operating at a 20 % increase over the previous fiscal year. And where did the most gain come from? The Winter month when more people avoid indoor dining. Restaurants and it's association should not be whining if they are not willing to make indoor dining safer. 5 Years and counting and still no word on providing operators with the knowledge they need to provide a safer enviroment for staff and customers.” There is also a screenshot in the next post with graphs showing how clean the air is in their restaurant.
