A striking white angled support tower rears up at about 60 degrees from the banks of the mighty Sacramento River in Redding, California. It has support stays going down in serried lines to the pedestrian bridge itself below, spanning the Sacramento. The sky is kind of glowering (it's been raining all morning).

Architecture with an iPhone: Calatrava's Sundial Bridge, Redding, California. Probably my fave place to stop and walk around on my way north up Interstate 5; I love the way it appears through the trees from a long way along the river.
