🇨🇦 The opposing lawyer in my case and #RegistryStaff drafted documents showing that they were aware that the judge had mis-spoken during his Orders. But I only learned of this a year later after several appearances before the same judge. 🤔

🇨🇦 It seems that judges, even when errors by them are admitted and clearly lead to harm for people like me, are empowered to act with impunity. Clearly, Justice is not very important with the #BCCourts.
I will be creating a webpage with all relevant documents so at least people will know this.

🇨🇦 Can you imagine a legal system where lawyers can alter registered judicial orders anytime they want by claiming that the ordering judge mis-spoke or changed their minds. Then imagine an associate Judge rendering a decision supported by this assumption. This will not end well.

🇨🇦 I am so angry to discover that #BC doesn't really have a #JusticeSystem. I've always believed that while the court system can be challenging, it is based on core adherence to justice and fairness. Now, unless something changes, I no longer believe that the #BCCourts provide #Justice.

🇨🇦 It seems that the terms of court orders only apply when the lawyers involved feel like following them. If the lawyer doesn't like the terms, they can just make up something different and bully people like me by denying what transcripts show.

The #Lawyer who was directed to draft the judicial orders significantly altered the Orders to benefit his clients and claimed that the #Judge mis-spoke at one time and changed his mind at another. I'm back before the ordering judge on November 18 about this.
