ベッカライ・カフェ・リンデのバウエルンブロート。
冷凍してたのを焼き直し、焦げないように弱火モードにしたら8分くらいかかりました。
密度が高くてずっしり、いかにもドイツパンです。

吉祥寺に本店があるドイツパンのお店です。

Bauernbrot(バウエルンブロート)というライ麦30%のパン。直訳すると”農家風パン”、ポピュラーで食べやすいということで選びました。

お店の方に聞いたら切って冷凍しても大丈夫とのことなので、明後日以降リベイクして頂こうと思います。
