We investigated Bisphenol AP (BPAP), a widespread plastic‑related compound, and found that 4‑week exposure in rats caused altered cardiac rhythm and reduced vascular relaxation, despite unchanged blood pressure. BPAP may pose cardiovascular risks.

Breast Milk: The Hidden Cost of the Best Nutrition In today's episode we're examining a global review revealing that Breast Milk contains various Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs), such as bisphenols, pesticides, and flame retardants, which can disrupt hormones and potentially affect infant development. EDCs accumulating in a mother's body may be passed through lactation, raising concerns about neurodevelopmental and thyroid function effects. Critically, although exposure risks exist, scientists overwhelmingly maintain that human milk is still the recommended best nutrition due to its substantial benefits for health and development.
