Ran 4km this evening. Not a lot, but I just had to take a 2 week break due to being sick and traveling. Will take a few more days until I'm able to run a bit better again.

My sports output is not super impressive thanks to a muscle condition, but I do exercise.
Did a strength session yesterday after a 2 week break due to being sick and then on a short vacation. Dropped barbell and pulled all sorts of muscles, but did a workout.

Met exercise goal 18/25 days. Have only lost a pound but telling myself I have gained muscle - as an old lady this is arguably more important though not sure my right knee agrees . How are you all doing? (Green circles are exercise goal met).
I'm refocusing on how to maintain & improve my health. I'm proud that today I did some body movement exercises & free weights. According to device feedback my muscle% is low & my fat% is high so now the plan is to adapt my exercises & nutrition to aim towards more ideal stats #BlueSkyHealthClub

Personal gym goal accomplished! 60 minutes on the stairmaster. In the past there were weeks and sometimes months where my HS left me bed-bound. The pain was too much to even sit up. I won’t ever take my newfound health for granted.
