Not only is this as a far removed from the genre as you could imagine, it is technically in my top three without having been given a read hot reads badge. I won't lie, I didn't know much about the subject of this book prior to reading, so not only was I entertained but enlightened too. Whilst the author has undoubtedly had to employee a little artistic licence, she has created a book that is so beautiful and compelling to read, that although I wasn't sure what to expect when I first picked it up, I found myself completely mesmerised, knwoing within a few short chapters is was a sure fire red hot read.
