Two plates of food. Knife and fork for wifey, spoon and fork for me. Squid with the tentacles removed because wifey doesn't like them. Garlic, red onion, sweetcorn, peas, green beans, egg noodles, gochujang. Slice of pickled gherkin on top. Salad is chicory leaves, pear, Castello creamy blue cheese, toasted sesame oil. We have a #cheese slice. It's a marvellous invention that shaves semi-hard cheese into uniform slices. At lunchtime I experimented with layering #cheddar and #comtรฉ. I can advise that a cheddar/comtรฉ/cheddar combo works very well with sourdough.
