Yesterday was a #calisthenicstraining day at gym🤸🏼♀️I tend to struggle w/wall front facing handstands,yet after several attempts finally managed to get both legs in the air for at least a sec or 2😅Also worked L-sit exercise w/paralettes,for nearly at least a 30sec hold #progression #handstandtraining
