#Bryumminiatum. This moss is commonly found on rocks in areas
with moist conditions, like creek beds or seeps.
It's characterized by its reddish-brown to deep red color and glossy appearance. Not sure if this is it but it sounds right? 😜 it is #beautiful #columbiagorge #catherinecreek

My best guess is this is some sort of #sandwort ?? Whatever it is it has very petite white flowers as you can see and compare it to the very fine grass. #wildflower #columbiagorge #catherinecreek #lylewashington

I found this little succulent type plant on my hike at #CatherineCreek near #LyleWashington and wish I had the macro lens. Any ideas as to what this plant is called? So many super tiny #wildflowers out in the #ColumbiaGorge

I got to escape to #catherinecreek in Lyle Washington the other day and I can’t recommend it enough. I try to get out there a few times in the spring and to catch the changing wildflowers and the critter residents are just a bonus. I was hoping for a cloudy sunrise but this didn’t disappoint.
