The smell of burning meat, the perpetual rain of ash, the fury of the fire. The whole area wasn't just a smoke pit. It was a #charnelhouse. They'd tried to dismantle it, but bits and pieces remained. Brick and bone and scraps of clothing. Lives gone in the blaze of righteous hatred.
