Today is #WorldHealthDay. Although #AncientRomans loved their baths, dipping in one was not always advised. 1st century AD writer Celsus states that bathing with an open wound can easily lead to gangrene. Instead, one should only lightly scrub body parts away from the wound. Baths will have to wait!
