I used a lemon infused tomato sauce with oregano and garlic.
I seasoned the shrimp with all purpose seasoning, S&P, butter and Spiceology Black Magic Cajun seasoning.

Pots and pans: Looking for lightweight, non-toxic possibly granite with ceramic? We got a set but the paint came off. We're considering Carote but I'm not sure how well they hold up. Must be easy to clean and prefer dishwasher safe but not a deal breaker.
