Spent most of the day walking 25km around Shepherds Bush and Notting Hill in London to add to my #CityStrides LifeMap which meant deliberately walking down a few dead-ends, one of which led to the fabulous Woodstock Studios, once owned by BBC. A delightful discovery.

Tussen alle zorgen en ziekenhuisbezoeken door, een duurloop zone 2 gelopen. Ging best lekker in het zonnetje.
Met mijn moeder gaat het intussen ook wat beter. Nog niet geweldig, maar het is wat het is.

#CityStrides can be a great way to find those bits of #London I can easily to get to, yet habit and pinch-points keep me away. But tools can be the most dangerous masters – I need to resist the temptation to stare at the map too much, keep seeing the world around me.
