A gorgon girl with a pink bow in her snake hair, reads a book while a ghost flies past. She then adjusts her glasses as the ghost turns the room red, makes pictures bleed, scratches walls, and shakes the furniture. As the girl leans in closer to her book, a knife shoots past her head, narrowly missing her. The ghost peeks out of the painting to watch. Finally the girl looks up at the ghost and says "Hey while your at it could you possess the lamp? I can't see what i'm reading!" The ghost stares at her, baffled.

A 4 panel comic. A witch pours a box of powder detergent into her cauldron. She begins to stir it with a large wooden rod, mumbling spells. Her friend approaches, pointing at the cauldron with disappointment saying "Really Hazel? I can't believe you're perpetuating that old witches and cauldrons stereotype!" Hazel then whips the rod out of the cauldron, wet clothes hang off it, as she defensively points it at her friend. Smirking she says "Well when you find a better way to remove blood from the laundry, let me know." He looks nervous and holds up his hands up in front of him in a surrendering motion.
In 2023 I attempted comictober. My computer failed me an left me scrambling trying to finish what I could. Thought you all might like to see 'em! They were made with Adobe Illustrator. (CSP user now!)

Another #Comictober finished. Much lighter than last year, but it took a bit of a toll. I’m not stopping- just taking some time to recharge.
I’m going to draft some new gags and story ideas in the next week. I still want to get a website up and I have been encouraged to post on Reddit.
Well I finished up Comictober and I had lots of fun. I think this will be my main October challenge going forward. Here are a few I had a kick out of. What were yours?
