Easy... 1 pound super lump 1 egg Half cup mayo 1 tsp dijon 1 tsp dry mustard 7 dashes worcestershire sauce 2 tsp old bay 10 ritz crackers crumbled Mix wet ingredients; add crackers; mix. Add crab and gently toss. Form into patties. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Dust with blackening spice and Fry in a pan or broil 15 minutes. Ta - da!
