A large white plate with 5 small mounds of different vegetarian foods on it. The plate is white with closely spaced dark blue lines radiating from the centre. Each line is made from many tiny not quite touching dashes or linear beads. The food, clockwise from upper centre- potatoes which were cut smallish, pre-boiled with turmeric then fried with already softened red onions in refined coconut oil, probably some powdered garlic maybe other spices added, I forget! Next is crispy tofu based on an online recipe with lots of substitutions due to unavailable ingredients (original recipe available if interested) -slightly sweet/spicy; cucumber chunks with tzatziki + a touch of garlic powder, salt, pepper; turnip sliced thin with green onion and lime juice; corn and black beans tossed with commercial mild Mexican red salsa + green onion, hot sauce, garlic etc. Potatoes and tofu served hot the rest cold though I microwaved very slightly to room temperature to spare my teeth a huge difference in temperature!
I'm usually too lazy for multi-part meals like this..lol; late last night cooking/prep, this was breakfast +1 more meal tonight or tomorrow. All #PlantBased except for tzatziki with cucumber Details in alt. Plating is not great- hey it was #breakfast time..lol
