Instead of tricks or jokes today, how about some crafts? Anybody else in the Desert Bus community working on their #dbcraftalong for 2026? Here’s my box art cross stitch with about 20 hours of work so far. Anyone know what it is?

A (finally!) finished cross stitch of the box art from the Sega Genesis game Ristar.
And…done! After nearly 230 hours, my cross stitch for the #dbcraftalong for 2025 is finished. Now to get it framed and sent off to Desert Bus!

All the hard parts of this years #DBCraftalong project are finished. Next I’ll wash, block, take photos, and ship her off. I probably won’t post a grand reveal until it goes live on the #DB2025 website but I may share some of the images that don’t make the final cut. Thanks again for your support💖💖

A crochet work in progress based on The Last Unicorn featuring the unicorn herself with white coat, blue made, and stunning purple eyes. She rests on a mossy hill surrounded by dandelions in various stages of bloom, lush bushes, and lilac trees. The piece is roughly 2/3 complete and the entirety of the unicorn (with the exception of the very tip of her ear) is complete.
Is this real life? Am I dreaming?
