We were pleased to join an exciting symposium during #EANM25 last week in Barcelona focused on advancing early diagnosis with PET imaging and biomarkers.

Lyduine Collij shared AMYPAD insights and spoke alongside Prof. Dr. Alexander Drzezga and Prof. dr. Silvia Morbelli.

GLP-1 receptor agonists are now widely prescribed for individuals with type 2 #diabetes and #weightloss. However, these medications may adversely affect the interpretation of #cancer #imaging, new research finds. The results were presented at the @eanm.org #EANM25 congress. #GLP1 #PET/CT

Using #PET/CT imaging, researchers from 🇳🇴 @unibergen.bsky.social discovered that the biological activity of visceral fat may drive the progression of #endometrialcancer, offering a novel angle for diagnosis and treatment. The insights were presented at the @eanm.org #EANM25 congress.

On occasion of the #EANM25, the BBRC hosted a satellite session on clinical PET in Alzheimer’s.

50 clinicians & researchers discussed how amyloid, FDG and tau PET support diagnosis, prognosis & therapy monitoring.
