One of my risks of WFH is sleeping in. Don’t get me wrong, for me that means up & at my desk by 8/830. This year, I’ve gotten up super early. I’m amazed by the difference it makes. It’s just after 9am & I’ve already accomplished so much! #Earlytorise really does make one healthy, happy and wise!
