MILES: Hrnng… MILES (internally): Gah, just rip already! Panel 5: MILES’ new tail bursts free, ramrod straight and splitting his pants almost in twain in the back. A brown tuft of hair is seen on the end of it and some grey ass cheeks are now exposed to us thru the split. MILES gives an elephantine TRUMPET at the sudden tailsplosion. Panel 6: We see MILES in all his half nude, half pachyderm glory. DICK (staticky): I’ll admit, it’s pretty realistic. The picture, the noise…you almost look like a real ELEPHANT! Jumbo was one of a pair of elephants owned by the Daily Mirror. They were used for to fundraise for hospitals and charities before being donated to ZSL.
