Au centre de la photo, perché sur un roseau très fin, un petit oiseau au ventre roux, gorge blanche, tête brunâtre. Il pointe le bec vers la droite. il se fond plutôt bien dans le décor composé de roseaux d’un beau beige doré.
Tarier pâtre en plumage pas encore complètement nuptial, mais tout à fait mignon.
