Check out this stunning European Robin! He’s perched on a diagonal branch speckled with pale lichen, looking super alert. The soft lighting highlights the vibrant saturation of his brilliant orange-red breast, making it glow like a little ember against his olive-brown wings and the deep, blurry green background.

The spring has sprung also here in southwestern Finland. This European Robin was spending quality time on a local small wildlife feeding place.
