August was a little hectic. Fiancé and I have been discussing a lot of life plans/goals once we are married, and he's been dealing with a lot of anxiety over it. So writing has been slow.

This was not the best month. Between being busier than normal and terrible carpal tunnel, I only managed to really write for the first week or so. I did manage to finish out my current chapter in that time so I can at least be happy about that.

Day 31: I have spent more time this month trying to promote then write. Although I did squeeze in creating a senior year memory journal, (Thanks to my high school graduate daughter.) and I focused on fixing up my first book I published. Great things coming September! #FantasyIndiesAugust #booksky

Monthly Wrap-Up: I finished two new drabbles, sold “One Bitter Note”, and stand on the verge of finishing the third scene in my rewrite of “Dusk and Dawn at Laufenden”. Not bad!

It was a good month. I submitted two short stories, and I'm 3k away from 50k with my romance WIP. I'm still poking at my cozy fantasy's prologue. I know I need to just push on past it and come back to it later.
