Platform teams are stream-aligned teams working inside a platform grouping. This resonates so well with me and how I think about platform teams! Happy the second edition of #TeamTopologies clarifies this thinking.

I said I expected to be inspired, and Fast Flow Conf did not disappoint. Great talks all around, kudos to the speakers.
And the closing keynote hitting a point for me as well, moving beyond "enabling team" for architecture. Great day. Also fantastic venue and organization!
