I am sorting out thank you gifts wonderful friends across the globe who helped with the #Foalwatch - the first to arrive was a #Breyer model Fell Pony to Tami in Ohio. I literally would have missed the birth had it not been for her - I was about to have a shower having just checked Lily.

We think Lily has stayed Stage One labour. She is pouring precious colostrum out onto the stable floor 🤦🏼‍♀️ (horses don’t do placental transfer of antibodies. It’s all from colostrum) so you can hear the worry in my voice. 😢

Here’s a foaling cam screenshot from 6:00am this morning.

With 3 due in the next three weeks— & dates approximate due to pasture breeding—all night #foalwatch is underway.

Arima, Sayda, & Gavinka are due in the first half of May. Then Kizy is due in June. ❤️
