International folk horror festival to take over Edinburgh's Leith this April Fiends in the Furrows folk horror film festival comes to Leith, 23–26 April, with rare and classic horror films, panel talks and folk market.

Leith has always been the coolest neighbourhood which circumvents Edinburgh.

1) The great guitarist John Renbourn died today in 2015. He came to play at a festival hosted at a venue I worked in at the time (2002).
His playing was magnificent and I got to meet him and talk for a bit, which as a big Renbourn and Pentangle fan was an honour.
