Japanese tamago sando (egg salad sandwich) on milk bread. The sandwich is sliced straight down the halfway point and stood up on its sides for appearance, revealing the boiled egg split on the cut surface and surrounded by egg salad.
Grilled nachos made from cornless tortilla chips (for my wife's corn allergy), grilled tomato, jalapeno, poblano, and red onion, and mixed cheddar and pepper jack. The whole thing is grilled for 15 minutes then served with avocado, salsa, and green onion.
