The first batch of storyboards for my animated project "Full Steam Ahead!" It starts off in a cloudy region of the sky, where a bird flies out from before flying into some more clouds, leaving a hole in them. The clouds drift away, revealing the island of Raildale, the main setting for the film. The bird then flies past a roundhouse and a busy train yard before landing in a tree near the yard of a train station. She drops a worm for some baby birds to feed on before she flies off again. The camera pulls into the station, where we see the bottom of a mop sweep the platform before the camera pans up, revealing Alicia, a white cat who works as the station mistress. We're then introduced to Bernie, a brown dog works as a train conductor, who compliments Alicia for cleaning up the station. So much so that he can see his reflection in a puddle on the platform.
The first batch of storyboards for my animated project "Full Steam Ahead!" Alicia thanks Bernie, saying that there's nothing more in the world that she likes than a nice clean station. Bernie pulls his hand in, holding a cup of coffee, which instantly makes Alicia reconsider her saying. Bernie congratulations her as he heads to the station office, where he briefly mentions that a new train would be coming into town today to join the railroad.
The first batch of storyboards for my animated project "Full Steam Ahead!" Alicia doesn't take much notice of this, until her eyes bulge out and she spits her coffee out and drops her mug, which shatters to the ground off-screen. In a panic, she then runs off after Bernie.

An updated synopsis of the plot for my newly refurbished indie animated film "Full Steam Ahead!" "In a special town called Raildale, home to trains of shapes and sizes, Alex arrives and moves in as the newest train in town to start a new life, where he quickly befriends some of the locals, such as Benny, Ruby, Milo, Pipsqueak, Cardigan, and many more. However, upon his arrival, Alex is made fun of by Malcolm, the biggest, strongest, and fastest engine in town, for his strange appearance, leading him to doubt his worth and reconsider coming to Raildale. However, he receives his call to action when two crooks led by an evil diesel-electric locomotive named Asmodeus meddle with Malcolm's controls and cause him to leave the station without his crew onboard to stop him and divert him onto a track towards a broken bridge. With a whole trainload of passengers' lives at stake, Alex makes it his goal to catch up to Malcolm, stop him in time before he reaches the bridge, and prove that even the strangest of trains can do the biggest of things."
