If you didn't know you can grow garlic in containers. I started these in 5 gallon grow bags. These are hardneck varieties. It's amazing to see that they are growing on my balcony.

After a short planned 5-day trip to Arizona turned into 31-days away from Reno, I wasn’t sure how I was going to find the garden and house… thanks to the neighbor for keeping things watered, I found my garlic doing well and a fig cutting from last fall had developed a root system!
