A deep blue sky on a gorgeous spring day. Against the sky in the background are three high rise modern buildings, mostly glass, but in the middle, and taking centre stage, is a massive glass sphere building with framework that kinda looks like its incase within a web or a net, but is the thin steel frame work holding it all together, on top of a glass and concrete structure with reddish pink pieces. The whole thing has been built right on the wharf at the water. The sphere itself is called "Science World", which mainly attracts families given the interactive science experiments for kids, and has an IMAX inside, if I remember correctly. Towards the camera we sail across an inlet of metallic looking water, to a raised wharf with many large poles and people walking along it. There are a number of small boats or dinghys moored beneath it.

The Last Samurai 2003

A traffic scene at a damp road junction with an overhead railway bridge and a giant metal sign in the shape of a cross as seen from the back, but would read "East Van", from the front, with the metal letters "East" vertically and "Van" horizontally so that the two words share the "A". Van is short for Vancouver. Two cars in the foreground are about to turn right, while traffic with headlights on as the cloudy sky indicates it is dusk, are waiting at the lights. A flock of crows are flying east to roost for the night as they famously do towards the city of Burnaby. Various businesses can be seen between traffic. There is a train, known as Skytrain, entering on the bridge from the left above which, trees, the hint of a distant city skyline, and a mountain range are seen. There are also very slim curved lamposts, almost with a dinosaur feel and two massive upright cranes stretching in the distance. Phew! A lot going on.
