The Tall Goldenrod (Solidago altissima) that grows out of pavement cracks aren't usually very tall due to dwarfism. Given some dirt, they can get up there like these ones, shot yesterday in Marconi East.

Until now, I have only seen Solidagos sempervirens & altissima as urban pavementplant #Goldenrods. This one on Oregon Avenue seemed different, & when I keyed it down, I was surprised to identify it as Giant Goldenrod (S. gigantea).
