Breakfast: bread from Lörz Bakery, Karlsruhe, Germnay and Crottin Chavignol (goat cheese) from the Loire Valley.
Lunch: turkey steak with curry, champignons and sweet pepper.
2024 Pinot gris from Maison Jülg, Alsace, France, very good with the turkey steak.
