I also don't have to be #hypervigilant in nature in the same way I am with people; I'm not constantly monitoring the emotions of people around me to protect myself when I'm in #nature. Again, nature can be dangerous, but it's lack of intentionality makes it easier to handle emotionally/mentally.

You're delayed, and then the world invents a game of moving the starting blocks on you. The best part is when it tells you it's doing you a favour. Boy do I feel understood
